DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • All orders are packed for delivery by the next business day once payment is received successfully.

  • In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer’s error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer.

  • HASNURI.COM will ensure that parcels are carefully wrapped and secure before mailing it out.

  • HASNURI.COM will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by Poslaju.

  • In the event that your order is damaged or lost in the mailing process, please contact us straight away at sale.hasnuri@gmail.com.

  • Strictly no splitting of orders – We will only deliver order to the address stated on your invoice.

  • Request of delivering order to 2 addresses is not allowed.

  • All international orders are shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or PosLaju.

  • Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-3 weeks and will require signature upon delivery.

  • Poslaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service that will take 3-5 days to deliver, signature will also be required.
